I started with a vision of developing an off the shelf IT Ops monitoring offering that includes best practices, key performance measurements, and implementation expertise to help companies address the challenges faced by their IT Operations, while also preparing them for a future, which I believe involves the use of artificial intelligence within their IT Ops. As CEO of Perfmon, I’m focused on driving forward our mission of simplifying the solution monitoring space, making it easier for our customers to realize the benefits that the right solutions can provide in delivering on their most important assets – their digital products and services, brand, and above all, their customer’s experience.
As Chief Delivery Officer, I’m responsible for delivering the services that meet our customer’s expectations and help them achieve their goals. Developing frameworks and processes that are portable, address the challenges that our customers are facing and above all deliver value to them. We want to help our customers realize the benefits that the right mix of technology, processes and talent can provide.
As Chief Technology Officer, I ensure we are keeping up with the constantly changing technology landscape for application, infrastructure, event processing and incident management – supporting the end to end process for IT Operations teams. It’s our job to stay ahead so that our customers don’t have to. We believe the future is intelligent and customer experience centric. IT Operations models and processes need to transform to keep up with the technological advancements and changing customer behavior's.
